Payments for consulting services are to be made as outlined in the invoice or service agreement. Late payments may result in service delays.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Shipping Policy

As FBA Advisory provides digital and consulting services, no physical shipping is required.
All reports, strategies, and deliverables will be delivered electronically via email or secure cloud platforms unless otherwise agreed.

Return and Refund Policy

FBA Advisory provides professional consulting and advisory services. As such, fees paid for completed services are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests may be considered only if:

  • A service was not delivered as per agreed scope, and
  • The client provides written notice within 7 days of delivery.

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a consulting engagement by providing written notice at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.

If cancellation occurs after work has commenced:

  • FBA Advisory reserves the right to charge for work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • Any prepaid but unused balance may be refunded at FBA Advisory’s discretion.

FBA Advisory reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances or client non-compliance (e.g., non-payment or missing data)
